RBLP leadership certifications have significant college credit recommendations from the American Council on Education (ACE).
The certifications are listed on the U.S. Department of Labor CareerOneStop site as a workforce development resource for employees and employers.
The U.S. Department of Defense credentialing programs and the GI Bill fund the certifications for military personnel and veterans.

Get Certification Prep Training
The LeadHERship Coach LLC offers certification prep training for individuals and small groups. The prep training is always instructor-led and can be completed in an online classroom!
Certification prep training (oral exam rehearsal) specifically prepares you to sit for one of the RBLP Leadership Certification exams. Courses in Resilience-Building Leadership offered by colleges, universities, and employers are not a substitute for certification prep training.
Prior to meeting with your instructor, review each training module and answer reflection questions about your leader/follower experience.
During your training, the instructor will guide you through a discussion of each leader task to ensure you are well-prepared for your certification exam.

We provide our registered students with passwords to access the training modules.
Veteran Approved
Eligible military personnel and veterans can use their GI Bill benefits to cover the costs of the RBLP, RBLP Coach, and RBLP Trainer certification exam fees, even if they already receive other education benefits.

The Leadership Coach LLC is approved by the Army and Air Force Credentialing Assistance (CA) programs to provide certification prep training for the RBLP, RBLP Coach, and RBLP Trainer certification exams.
